DVD Stuck

Although, this particular model does not have a pinhole in the faceplate or anywhere else for that matter, we solved that problem simply by unplugging the whole machine, waiting one minute, and plugging it back in. This is Dysney's quoted response for "rebooting" and troubleshooting such a problem and it worked for us when the same thing happenned.

My son trapped 3 DVD's in the tray! it wouldn't open or move so I opened it up (unscrew the three screws and take the top off) slid them out with my fingers and now the thing works good as new!

There should be a little pin hole in the face plate or bezel of your dvd player... stick a paper clip in it and it will release your DVD tray and you can get your DVD out. Then Plug it back in and see if it will reboot.. it should.

There is not a little pin hole on this unit. I actually had to take the top off and the arm that is over the DVD in the unit itself.

Unplugging the darn tv/dvd worked thanks alot.

i stuck a paperclip in a little space where the tray is. it ejected no problem.
