Firstly you should only remove a usb device "correctly" otherwise problems can occur with device ,pc or both.....when usb device connected there is a small icon on taskbar with a green arrow on it....to renove device right click this icon and choose apprpriate device to STOP....there is a reset button that you can press to reset settings...look for a 1mm hole and put a pin into it and push...goos luck

You'll probably need to buy them from an online store. The Sansa Express is a discontinued player, so SanDisk doesn't make accessories for it anymore, but if you go to Google and do a search for "Sansa Express" and earbuds, you'll see stores that still carry them.
I recommend, though, that you just go to your local electronics store and buy a pair of earbuds. Not only will it probably be cheaper because you don't have to pay for shipping, but you can return them if they don't work out for you.
Well, the most memory from a micro sd card the Sansa mp3 player can take is 2gb, because anything more will freeze up the player because it was not designed to read that much memory. So if you have a 1gb or a 2gb memory card, then you can use them.
