If the new remote is tested , and working , and you know that you are using the right remote (not an universal one) then it may be a problem with the stereo.

Disconnect battery cable for ten minutes to reset it.

If it still does not work the remote receiver on the Alpine may be faulty.

If instead you are not using the original replacement remote, or the remote is defective, that is the cause.
You can buy a replacement remote from one of the following sellers:

With out a remote how do i get a digital signal

To get digital signal, you should have its remote control.
If you wish to buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand. They can either give you a genuine remote control to your device, or can direct you, from where can you purchase a suitable one.
To select a proper universal remote control, you should know about the number of digits to its set-up codes. There are 3 digit, 4 digit, 5 digit, 2 digit and even single digit codes, to some brand devices. After confirming this, check the sites linked here. Both the sites have set-up code list and set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Check which brand remote control has set-up code/s to your device brand, and buy that one according to availability? Brand name of the remote control isn't a matter, but it should have set-up codes in its code list, to the device brand you have.
Please note: Every new universal remote control will have set-up code list, and set-up procedure along with its pack. Never accept a remote control, that hasn't both of this. For more details about the set-up codes, visit the site http://electrohelponline.blogspot.com/ Check this site too. http://remotesearch.blogspot.com/ Type in the brand name of your device in the search box, and press "Enter".
Universal remote controls are available at most of the electronic spare part selling shops.

Hi I have a Aldi bauhn LCD tv and its not recieving the remote signal. I have checked through a camera for the remote control light signal and it works with every button. So that leaves the reciever

Will cost more to fix then a new unit , replace it and try to buy a extended warranty with the new one, most times you can get 3 years after the original warranty runs out.

My w205 screen was cracked and there are no controlling options. is there a way to fix the screen? Is the screen the problem? And does it have a remote control?

The only way to fix both your problems is to mail it into Alpine, the screen is laced in with ribbins and soldered by twelve tips on the circuit board. If you have years of electronic back ground you maybe able to fix the screen, the IR controller the remote maybe bad or the IR sensor is back in the head unit is a 3 pin item that maybe needs to be resoldered or a new one soldered in place of the defective one. I have the same unit and I havent had any problems?? How did you break the screen?

Amplifier remote start wire

There are dedicated terminals / connection points for "remote" input and output on both the amplifier and head unit. This info usually figures prominently in the manuals of both products. Without knowing the which brand and model head unit and amplifier you have, the info may be incorrect. In the past, many head units made use of Blue or Blue/ White for a remote signal. It was used to control an external amp or automatic antenna. An example is the image below of the wiring of a Kenwood KDC-3011 head unit:

Check your manuals (or Google model numbers) to find yours.

Good luck!

I JUST PUT BATTERIES IN THE REMOTE AND IT WILL NOT RECIEVE THE ORDER FROM THE RMOTE WHAT SHOULD I DO THE T.V. BRAND IS ESA

To troubleshoot the remote control problem, follow this step. 1. Check the battery (new if possible) 2. Get a ordinary radio then scan the radio to no signal frequency...just a buzz song will be okay. 3. Try to point your remote control in front of your radio, then press any keys (numbers or anything) 4. If you heard some sound to the radio while pressing the keys 4.a Your remote control is working fine. 5. If you did not heard anything while pressing the keys 5.a Your remote control is not working. You need to replace it or just buy a universal remote control (cheapest way to do).
Thanks. Hope this helps.
