Generic problem for all Coffee and Espresso Makers
Need diagrams for manual
I have downloaded the available manual for this model. It did not come with diagrams I need to see how to clean the machine.The directions tell me '' see fig 2'' etc but I have no diagrams to see what they mean.

- Heated water drips through through the coffee grounds while I am steaming the milk. This is a problem for proper extraction. I am currently using my 2nd espresso machine (leaking on day #1) so this problem may be in the design and a good reason to switch brands if a solution doesn't exist. Diagrams that would illustrate how to reset the seals would help.

When I pour the water in the top, it doesn't come out as quick and overflows in the plastic housing...

When I pour the water in the top, it doesn't come out as quick and overflows in the plastic housing and comes out of the weep holes in the back of the unit. I don't have a long enough cleaning spring that comes with the unit. Is there a solution I can pour in to clean the tube.

The machine stopped mid-way through the brewing cycle. #26 led is blinking. I removed the brew group but the machine won't reset. I tripped the microswitch in the back but nothing happens, no motor noise.
