Question about Computers & Internet
My mother plugged the laptop with the wrong adapter. Then suddenly it smells that there is an electrical fault. I've unplugged it. I try the laptop after few minutes. Everything seems okay but the charging of the battery is not working. There is always a need for plugging the adapter for it to work. I am hoping for your favorable response. Thank you very much.
You need to repalce the battery, it will only work on AC power only now as the power surge damaged the battery, thank your lucky stars that the surge didn't blow the whole laptop because 98% of the time it does!
