yeah i got that problem a few times and then it is easly corrected by makeing new disks

You've got a bad file...it happens. You need a new copy of disk 4, best bet would be to contact HP (Compaq) support here:

It is possible that disc 4 contains a bad/corruped file, but it's also possible that the disk itself has a slight imperfection preventing the laser from reading past a certain point. I suggest you try cleaning it and I don't mean with a soft cloth. We use on e of PerfectPlay's system's to recover scratched/damaged discs and we have had tons of success with them. I'm not suggestion you run out and buy one, that would be a little extreme, but depending on where you live there might be someone near you who offers this service.
