Re: my env wont let me delete contacts or unwanted texts?
Hey...I have the same phone, and about a month or two ago, I had the same problem. I took the phone to the local Verizon store, and it turned out something was bad with my software. They fixed it in about twenty minutes for free.

I do not know what type of phone you are using? Also, is this "contact" you want to delete from a phone call or a text message? Usually, you can select what you want to delete and depending on the phone, you can choose menu, more, select, multi select, and choose delete. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
You have a firmware script issue. The only way to fix that issue is either restore it to manufacture default ( in the security settings of your phone) that will delete all your contacts or you can take it to verizon and have them update your firmware. hope this helps
ok go to settings and and go to phone settings then go to security and click restore phone it will delete EVERYTHING and wont even be programed anymore i know this cuz i was seeing what everything does on my phone and did it and once done u cant bring anything back
Contact your wireless carrier for restriction services or you can change your device's number to prevent unwanted txt messages. Sometimes ignoring the text messages and deleting them, help for future hassle.
yeah i think you gotta delte it all.
if you dont want too. get a memory card and
put everything on it but ringtones and calendra stuff.
pictures, vidoes, and sounds can only go it on.

its gay. pray for me.
im going to verizon to complaine.
sometimes on my Env when i am trying to delete my text messages the "okay" button will not work. this happens only when i am trying to delete a text message. the solution i have found is quite simple. just turn the phone off completely and then turn it back on in a few minutes. if this does not work then try removing the battery when you turn the phone off. this always seems to make the button work and i am able to delete the messages.
