To check the DirectX verison you need to access the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, follow the below mentioned to access the tool.

Click "Start", click "Run", type "dxdiag.exe" (without the quotation marks), and then click "OK" or press the "Windows Key" and "R" (The "Windows key" is between "Ctrl" and "Alt" keys on your keyboard) and in the "Run" box type in "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks) and then click "OK".

In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool the DirectX Version can be found in the "System" tab (third line from the bottom).

The only way around it is getting an upgrade for your hardware. (Memory, Video Card)

When I install the game it says I need a 3D compatible card. It let's me go through with the installation but it won't let me play the game.

it won't let you play that game because you haven't got a 3D compatible graphics card. you need to go buy a 3D graphics card.

Fatal error: No D3D drivers with hardwar

Hi, it seems like the game you are trying to run is requiring hardware-acceleration so in order for it to work your video card has to support Direct 3D. if you are sure that your video card does support Direct X than a simple update of you driver might solve your problem.

Please try these steps to update your drivers

if your video adapter is from AMD/ATI browse to AMD's website and download Catalyst Control Center, for Nvidia you can download the drivers from here and lastly if you are using Intel then you can get the drivers from here.

HwInfo is a great tool if you need to identify your hardware.

if you need more help then please run HwInfo and post the model number of your video adapter here.

Y my dmc4 have error 6 when entry the game

The video card you have may not be capable of display the graphics properly for the game.

Try installing the latest graphic drivers for your video card. After you do that let the computer reboot. If that doesn't work then you need to buy a different video card.
