Question about Canon imageRUNNER 400S Copier
We bought a Ir400s on auction and it has dept. id and password when starting up. We can access service mode and try function->clear->clear-pwd and when we turn on the mascine again, it still asking for dept. id and password. we cannot get to asdditional function or any other option
Hello, did you try the Clear MMI function ? , it should reset all passwords if my memory is good ( and all settings like ip, language etc ... )
