Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
I called the Manufacturer and they had me make 5 or 6 different tests and concluded it was a hardware problem. They are replacing the unit.
Thank you for the attempt, but I do not believe you should charge if you can't fix it or have the answer.
