Question about Frigidaire Kitchen Ranges
Sounds like you have a power problem. Need to be sure the pigtail is wired correctly to the unit, and that you have 220V coming in. Without 220-240V coming in, neither of these systems will work properly. If you dont not know how to check this, call a certified electrician to check. Most of the time when you have problems with both systems (the top and oven are completly independent of each other) its usually a wiring issue, throw circut breaker, or miswiring some where.

Hi - I understand that the burners work, however I would recommend verifying that a fuse is not blown or a circuit breaker tripped. Test the power outlet with a lamp, hair dryer, etc. Another question, does "Loc" appear in the display if any button is pushed? The Oven Lockout feature automatically locks the oven door, prevents the warmer drawer and most oven controls from being turned ON. If so, press and hold CLEAR/OFF for 3 seconds. Then a beep will sound and LOC will clear. The "DOOR LOCKED" will continue to flash until the oven door has completely unlocked. Does the clock display "Sd" or "dddd"? If so, the clock is in sales demo mode. Press and hold the "BAKE TIME" button for 6 seconds to exit sales demo mode. If this does not prove to be successful, contact a professional to have EOC diagnosed, confirm that there isn't a wiring failure or a faulty element.
