In terms of likelihood, here is what's wrong: 1) The heating element has failed. 2) One of the several "overheat thermostats" has overheated and failed. These are found in the back or the bottom of the dryer in the rear. 3) One of the wires to something, like the heating element, has burned in two. 4) The panel where the electric cord attached to the back of the dryer has failed. This will be inside the back of the dryer, usually behind a small plate. 5) The circuit breaker for the "heating" circuit wire of your dryer is popped and needs to be reset. (That is the circuit breaker found in your hall, or basement, or garage, or wherever.) If you decide to fix it yourself, a question to "fixya" might get you step-by-step instructions. Be blessed 4)
Refridgerators have coils than run thru then body of the fridge. They are there to reduce moisture and condensation. It is normal for tham to get warm and sometimes they do get hot it happens when the coil is too close to the body. Normally it only happens periodically. If it is so hot it burns or if it stays hot and dont stop than you have two options. #1 move contents of fridge to another location (back up fridge) and unplug for 24 hrs leave doors slightly open and have some towels near bottom there will be a little bit of water. Plug back in if this does not work. Contact the manufacturer and let them know. There may be a defect in the design.
once you reclaim the freon the only thing left will be the oil if the fridge has been upright all the oil will be in the compressor cut the lines going to the compressor and crimp them off then remove the compressor and some fridges have whats called an accumulator a small tank near the compressor cut the lines and crimp them off before removing it and you will be ok to demo and move.
Find your route to the water line. Drill a hole in the floor behind the refrigerator and thread the copper tubing into the basement. Go to the basement and find the main water line and pull the copper tubing to it.
Step 2 Attach pipe to refrigerator. Go back up to the kitchen and attach the end of the copper tubing to the water pipe of the refrigerator. You can use a nut and ferrule to connect the tube to the fridge. Make sure to leave a little bit of copper tubing coiled behind the fridge so as to not disconnect the tubing when moving the fridge.
Step 3 Turn off the water. With the fridge all hooked up, go back to the basement and turn off the water. Find the cold water pipe and drill a 1/4-inch hole to accommodate the copper tubing.
Step 4 Attach valve to pipe. You need to attach the water valve to the main pipe. This allows you to control the flow of water to the refrigerator. Make sure you have a gasket to seal between the valve and main water pipe.
Step 5 Connect the copper tubing. With the valve connected to the main water pipe, connect the copper tubing using a clamp. This should be everything you need. Turn on the main water and you should be able to get a glass of water, but it will take an hour or two for the ice cubes to freeze.
This could be a matter of the legs becoming unlevel during the move, a shock absorber becoming damaged, or it could be the new location. These front loaders need a good firm and level foundation. Read through the link provided and let me know if you have any questions. I hope this helps you solve your problem.
there should be 2 clips you kind of press and then it should pull off. if not look to see if there is a leg that also go's into the bord if so you need to move it in to reles it from the bord and then it should pull off.
