When i plug it in to my computer it is not detected and it freezes up. Previosly i was listening to it, it froze and all the songs were gone! I NEED HELP PLEEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try removing the battery and make sure the player is getting powered up when connected via USB.

I've found that it sometimes behaves a bit funny if you turn the player of when it's busy playing a song (instead of stopping play first).
