Question about Bushnell Yardage Pro 800 Compact Rangefinder
I removed the batteries from my Yardage Pro Compact 800 and all the terminals are BADLY corroded. Can I return it for service or is it past fixing? If there were 2 springs in the battery case there is now only 1. This was to go on a Illinois deer hunt on Tuesday but I guess that is out. Please contact me ASAP for information. I'm leaving for Bass Pro in a few minutes to purchase a new one. Thanks in advance, Ben Graybill, Middletown, PA
Clean connectors should make this work, if you have cleaned the connectors and the springs thoughroughly and can see the metal of the springs clearly where the battey goes, then this should work. If you take the rangefinder into a good reapir shop they dhould be able to solder a new spring on the connector for you.
