There are several solutions for you and I recommend you to take use of third part utility, like Windows Password Unlocker 4.0, which is a professional password reset tool for those who wanna to change their lost password.

With Windows Password Unlocker, you can solve your problem within following steps:

1. Login to a computer that can link to Internet. Download Windows Password Unlocker 4.0 and decompress it on that PC. Note that: there is a .ISO file. Burn the .ISO file to a CD.

2 Get out the newly created CD and insert it to the locked computer.

3 re-booted the locked computer and then followed the process of instructions. Just a few steps, the old password was removed.'''

4 Setting new password:

Step one: Open the "Control Panel"

Step two: Click the "User Account "

Step three: Select the account you wanna to set a new password.

Step four: Click "changing Account " and "set up password", then fill out the form as listed. Click "Create Password".

Thus, you have a personal login ID and Password, any one has no right to login to your computer with out this info.

Can be done easily,

But Please Remember, Do not Perform these steps on any computer that does not belong to you.
I would not be responsible if you perform any unethical practices using this tehnique.
I am giving these steps thinking that you lost the password of your own computer on which you have rights to perform any operations.

Download this ISO file of "ophcrack XP LiveCD"
The size of this file is 452.4 MB.

Here's the link,
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/ophcrack/ophcrack-xp-livecd-2.1.0.iso

After downloading burn this image on a CD using any disc burning software..

Now, on your computer, set your CD Drive as First Bootable drive by going into BIOS settings.
Make sure that the disc is inside the cd drive.
On the first screen, simply press the Enter key to load the OS in memory and after loading it will auto launch the ophcrack window that will show all accounts that exists in the Windows XP partition including the guest account (even if it was disable as you said).
On this window, select the Administrator account of Win XP and click "Launch" in the toolbar.
Now, it may take some time depending on the complexity of the password.
Please remember, it fail to crack very strong passwords. But the probability of success is much higher since its the best software to recover windows passwords.

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Hi
Sorry to be negative but the guest account cannot change the computer settings, only someone with administrator rights and an administrator account username and password can make such a change.

How to login xp after deleting a administrator accounts

Try logging in as Guest,or guest,no password.
Then go to Control Panel-User Accounts-New User and re-establish an Administrator User and account settings for it.
Make whatever User accounts you'll need, and then delete the guest account. It's a security hole.
If this helps, please rate my post.
Thanks
Bob

ADMINISTRATOR account disabled

Boot your computer into Safe Mode. It sometimes varies, but the typical way on most WinXP

based machines is to strike the F8 key during P.O.S.T. Once the drivers load you need to

access the Command Prompt. START / ALL PROGRAMS / ACCESSORIES / COMMAND

PROMPT. A new window will appear.

At command prompt, type "control userpasswords2" and press Enter to open the Windows 2000-style User Accounts application.

On the Users tab, clear the Users Must Enter A User Name And Password To Use This Computer check box and then click OK.

In the Automatically Log On dialog box that appears, type the user name and password for the account you want to be
logged on each time you start your computer.
