I cannot punch in a station number anymore. Any number I hit tunes directly to channel 1. Also there is a "B" and sometimes "B-???" next to my antenna strength readout. Is this problem due to the revised channel lineups? Thank you for your help.
You have it set on a preset mode now. On the unit or the remote control press the "pre/dir" button a few times until you see the word "DIRECT" at the top left of the screen next to the antenna strength. From "direct" you can then key in the channel numbers directly to go to them.

There's not a lot to this antenna; nor much in the way of knowledge required to set it up. Connect a length of coax cable from the F type screw connector on the antenna. Connect the other end to your TVs antenna input. Plug in the power adapter. Switch on the antenna and set the gain adjuster to the half way position between min and max.
Now look at your neighbours properties. Which way are all their antenna pointing? Point yours in the same direction.
If you know what channel on the tuning scale the local TV stations use for broadcast then tune your TV manually. Then fine tune gain and direction of the antenna for best reception. If you don't know the tuning channel it's a bit more pot luck. Let the TV do an auto tuning and hope you have not too much or not too little gain and the antenna pointing in the right direction.
OTA signal? Check your antenna orientation and if there are any tall objects that would interfere with the signal. (See antennaweb.org or tvfool.com for signal directions and distance to the station. antennaweb assumes an external antenna and is very conservative with station information.) Scan for channels with Menu > > (right arrow twice) up or down to AutoScan and hit enter. Use add channels to include stations with the antenna in a new direction.
If you are using the built-in antenna, you may not get digital signals. Try an external antenna (see above sites). Digital signals are enough or zero.
This TV doesn't have a cable tuner so a set top box would be needed for cable stations, check the box directions for the station you need to tune the TV to access the signal.

The model number you posted is for a center channel speaker which has no controls, and not knowing the exact model number it's difficult to be specific.
Some Kenwood KDC models allow you to select one of 3 "tuning modes", 1) AUTO1 - Automatic search for stations; 2) AUTO2 - Search Preset stations; 3) MANUAL - Normal manual tuning control. If your Kenwood is one of these models, you need to set the tuning mode to MANUAL. For Kenwood Excelon HD receivers, direct access tuning is done by using the included remote. 1) Press DIRECT button on the remote; 2) Press number buttons to enter desired channel number; 3) Press DIRECT button again to exit direct tuning.
l. Push the "Menu button" 2. Push the "Menu button" again 3. Scroll to "Setup" and push "OK" 4. Scroll to "Guide setup" and push "OK" 5. Scroll to"No Auto Tune" 6. Click on arrow next to "No Auto Tune". This will change it to "Auto Tune". 7. Now exit, or just punch in any channel number.
You should now be able to go directly to a channel without entering zeros.

Does the radio have a full subscription? Next, check the "Preset/Direct" button and push it until "direct" is lit up. Then you can directly enter the channel number. Also, you can go into the MENU and set what channels to skip and jump to. My guess is that you bumped the "Preset/Direct" button and your radio is in "PRESET A or B or C" - you need direct. Try that first, than get back to me - okay? BTW, I'm assuming you're talking about an XM satellite radio like the one in the photo?
