Try to fix the slot of your sound card clean it with a piece of paper and clean your sound card terminal with an pencil eraser. You can also check if you have installed its audio driver by right click on your my computer then manage then click on hardware and devices if you see a question marc it means there is no driver for that hardware it means you should install the driver for that hardware to function normally.

• Every time when the system format and reinstall the windows you must need the drivers.

• If you have not, you can find the driver form the internet at the " driver support site" of the product or you can also find the drivers for your system from various websites according to you requirement. ______________________________________________________________________
