Your panels are dying.
Well more to the point the driver tabs that run the panel are dying and are not going to be cheap to repair for either case.

For the stand alone LCD, it is cheaper to get another one.
For the laptop, find a laptop on Ebay or similar with a dead motherboard and swap out the screens, also gives you spare parts for the laptop. If you goto a repair shop and get a screen it will cost you as much as a new laptop.

Colored vertical lines on my monitor

Depending on the age of the monitor, it most likely will be Capacitors that are leaking. I have repaired many different brands of monitors and have seen problems very similar to yours. 99% of the repairs I do are capacitor Issues. It's well worth replacing them IF the screen is still in very good shape as far as brightness and contrast. most repair kits usually cost between 12 and 20 dollars.
Hope this helps!

Samsung dispaly .it showing two red colar lines on the s like vertical lines. tell me the soultions

If there are vertical lines that do not change color then it sounds like dead pixels on the monitor. There is not really a way to repair it, nor is it really cost effective if it was, considering parts/labor will exceed the cost of purchasing a new monitor. Your best bet is to check if you have a warranty on the monitor and get it serviced. Otherwise, you'll just have to either put up with it or purchase a new monitor to replace it.

Good luck!

Colored vertical lines on monitor

Have you unplugged the power cord to the LCD? Let it sit for a minute, then try it. ALWAYS buy a UPS and plug any computer devices into it. Doesn't have to be big, a $50 unit will protect it from dangerous voltage surges.
