Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50 Digital Camera
I have a Sony Cyber shot camera, it has not been used for more than a couple months. I attempted to use it today and it will not come on. The display recommends to- turn the camera off and on again- I have done this numerous times, and it is still not coming on. I have charged the battery and checked its placement, I have also tried different settings. ANy suggestions?
Try cleaning the connectors inside the battery compartment, top and bottom and then replace the rechargable batteries with disposable alkaline batteries and try again. If this works then the problem may be the rechargable battery pack.
