Reloading windows
bronstab virus might have corrupted the file "eksplorasi" or maybe the file is itself the virus

now if that is the case the Virus might have made an entry in the startup and as the file has been deleted the windows startup could not find the file hence the error

what you must try
is
1)

when you press ctrl +alt + del
go to files ->run
i guess you know that much now try entering into
msconfig and goto the startup tab to determine any malware at start up

2)also go to services and then click "hide microsoft" after that in the remaining one again do a similar check

3)restart your computer after that if still your explorer is not opening
not that is where i can really not suggest much
but what you can do is go to windows task scheduler and then make schedule to open windows explorer at each "logon"
:)
at least then your explorer will open everytime you log on

pls do not forget to rate the solution

Can not install avg anti virus

AVG anti-virus is very finicky when it comes to installation. If you do have other anti-virus software running while trying to install AVG, I would suggest that you disable or uninstalled the software.

Troojan virus affected how to remove

You could use "System Restore" to revert to the time when your computer is still in good condition or pressing F8 while still booting up and choose "Last known good configuration" at the selection prompt. Then use your default anti-virus after the repair. You could try to use a bootable CD to scan your computer. This is the best way to remove virus because the virus is still in inactive state when you boot to a CD. When you are booting to a CD you must change the booting sequence in your BIOS. You can download and burn Hiren's bootable CD and use the NTFS DOS to CHKDSK your hard drive or use the built-in mini-Windows XP and invoke CHKDSK at its DOS prompt. Hiren also has an anti-virus software on its collection. You could also download and burn a known good bootable anti-virus such as Kaspersky, Dr. Web, Avira, AVG, etc. and scan your computer.

Hp pavilion dv2000 needs to install new operating system

Each antivirus has some limitations regarding the OS you are using. The Kasperkey Antivirus version you are using may not be able to run on Windows Vista.

  • You can use any free anti virus available for your system (as AVG Free).
  • There are other paid version of anti virus softwares specifically for your OS Windows Vista.
  • Almost all antivirus have their Vista Version. Check their websites for details.

AVG out of date..iam trying to download a anti-virus but the internet explorer is turning shutting down......i've got virus how can i remove it...??

Try to install Kaizer Killer or Hijackthis. This will remove known PC trojans. After running this, run eset.com/onlinescan. I find it really useful for my part. Imagine a server with 400+ viruses. This was cleaned by eset.

Anti Virus

Here is what I would do.

First I would start off by downloading the free trial of ESET NOD32 Anti-Virus. Afterward I would scan my system (In-Depth Scan) with the free trial of NOD32 (It doesn't use a lot of system resources). Next I would download the free version of Ad-Aware 2008. After the anti-virus scan finished I would scan my system with Ad-Aware (Full Scan). Next I would download and install Spybot Search & Destroy. After Ad-Aware finishes scanning I would start a scan with Spybot. Next I would download and install AVG Anti-Rootkit Free. After Spybot finishes scanning I would run an in-depth search on all hard-drives with the use of AVG Anti-Rootkit Free.

If that doesn't whack it, fighting this thing might not be worth it. Reinstall the windows operating system after you back up any files which you absolutely HAVE to keep.
