Question about Samsung Televison & Video
If you hit the TV the lines go away and a picture returns; only to have the line appear again and we go to the process of hitting the TV inorder to have the picture return
This is indicative of some poor/broken solders on the board or loose wiring. If you are experienced in electronics/tv repair, open the TV and inspect the main board for faulty soldering and redo the same. I would first check the connections on the horizontal amp, and the surrounding caps and resistors..
However, if you do not experience in this type of work, I recommend calling a repairman, as there are voltages in the TV that can kill, even when unplugged.
All the best!
