Everyone says that it is a problem with the y-sustain board. and while that may be true in the end the cause of the faulty y-sustain board is cracked or missing solder on the power board lead connection to y-sustain.

I have a Gateway Plasma TV, model GTW-P46M103. I am not getting a picture or sound.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device, in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

I am fixing a gtw -p46m103 tv when I plug it out then plug back in it work for a while then all function stop work

You're going to need to open up the tv and do some resoldering of some components. If you don't want to do the soldering find someone who can. Or if all else fails I'll take it off your hands just let me know.

Lightning damage to motherboard in GTW-P46M103

If the insurance already paid you for it and this could be a 2nd TV for you if you repair it then my opinion would be that it is worth having someone come look at it and give you an estimate for the repair. Call and find out if they give free estimates or what it would cost to come to the home. Most likely the whole repair is going to be around the $500 anyway but its cheaper than buying another one. If you can't afford it then if you bought the same model keep it for parts on the new one. Hope this helps and ask more if you need to.
Thanks

How do I remove the stand from a panasonic tv. model TX - 32LXD70

The stand is held on by four screws. Lay the tv face down on a flat surface. Cover the surface with a blanket first. Use a regular phillips screw driver. (If you have a users manual see page 7)
The screws are the set just above the stand on the back of the set. The stand will then slide out.

DVD slot loading drive blocked by plastic tabs?

The Tabs you see are part of the DVD loading mechanism; they are there to prevent insertion of a DVD while there is already a DVD inside. If you cannot eject the DVD, then odds are the DVD drive is jammed or has "locked up" due to interface issues; on these models, sometimes it is the DVD drive which fails, & sometimes it is the control portion of the mainboard.

Good luck,

There is no picture on my plasma. there is only a blue screen

Just fixed my Gateway P46M103. I was getting a picture, sometimes it was clear as long as the picture scene didn't change - if the scene changed I would get white lines up and down the screen. Seems there is a problem with the power board and if not fixed in time can fry other boards or components. If you know how to work on electronics, download the service manual, look over it so you can identify the boards... Remove the back and take a look at the YSUS connector on the left side of the power board. Mine was arching when I slightly moved the cable - WARNING - DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING - (THERE IS 160vdc and it will BITE YOU) - Anyway, remove the bracket and the board and with a magnifying glass inspect the solder points for the connector - I had five cracked/cold solder joints causing voltage flux. I verified and adjusted the Vs, Vw, and Vxg to specs with a DVM. TV now looks excellent.
