Try printing a test page and see if it does the same thing by going to control panel, clicking on printers and faxes, finding your printer on the list, right click on it, go to properties, and at the bottom of that window, you should see the option print test page. If that does not work, then try un-installing and re-installing the printer software (only if you know where your printer software is) by going to control panel, going to add or remove programs, finding your printer software on the list and click remove beside it. Then unplug the printer and restart your computer and put your software cd in and follow the instructions. Then try printing another test page to check that software was installed correctly and try printing a regular document. It should work correctly then.
