Try log in as Administrator account from Safe Mode. Reboot, after the first screen bios information, press F8 button repeatedly before the Windows logo come out, after that select Safe Mode At the Top one, after the boot, log in administrator account. Username: Administrator Password: -just leave it blank- When you logged in, go Control Panel, then User Control/User Account, then select the account which you forget the password, now remove the password.(or you can change it) Reboot your system.
I would suggest accessing your account and then changing the password.
There is a hidden Administrator account that is created when your operating system is installed. Access that account and then reset your password.
1. Boot your computer and press F8 repeatedly 2. Access Safe Mode 3. Key in "Administrator" in Username, with no password. 4. Go to Control Panel, then User Accounts 5. Select the account you want to reset the password 6. Change the password
Try pressing control + alt + delete then use the Administrator account do not place any password. Then click enter. If you can't still get into windows try going to safe mode still log-in to admin account. If you can login. delete the account that has password.

hi, The easiest way to recover your admin password in windows is to restart
in safe mode (keep F8 pressed at startup) and log in as administartor
(default administartor user that only shows at safe mode startup with -
usually- no password). then you go to control panel and reset the
password on your normal admin account. restart in normal mode and you
are done. if that doesn´t work there are various password recovery
applications you can download and use :
-- Reset Admin Password to Blank. Access XP/2000/NT/2003/Server
you will have to press F8 to get into safe mode, then select start windows in safe mode.
when in safe mode select the administrator account and then log in on that, then go to your user account and either delete the password or delete your account, all saved docs will still be there in an old folder with your account name if you need to delete the account.
restart the pc as normal then you should be able to log on without the need for a password.
