Need a little more info. Does the fan never stop? Is this a gas furnace? Is your thermostat in the fan auto not fan on position?

(2) Check if system have Refrigerant in it
(3) Check if pressure switches are operational
(4) Check Thermostrat setting.
(5) Check for dirty or block condenser or evaporator
Send feed back if you solve problem
SOURCE: Refrigeration AC not blowing cold air
If you can hear the A/C compressor start and run then your system has lost it's charge of refrigerant. If the compressor does not start and run it could be a control problem.

Check to see if your outside unit is running. If not, check the breaker. If it is running you may have an issue with the reversing valve. It looks like three lines coming out of the top and one on the bottom. Trace the wires back to see that they are tight and secure. Of course, TURN OFF THE POWER first. good luck.

your fan motor outside is going bad, have a service company change it out for you.
the motor stopped working and that overheated the compressor shutting it down on thermal cutout, and it will only come on once it cools down
