SOURCE: The laser stopped working on Hitachi 12'dual

The laser modules in saws are usually powered by induction from the spinning saw blade. Since your saw is only three months old hopefully you either registered it with Hitachi when you bought it or you still have your receipt as this type of failure would be covered under warranty. Call Hitachi, they may send the part to you if you are comfortable with doing the repair or they will tell you where the nearest Authorized Service Center is for warranty work. Hitachi's number is: 800-706-7337 or 770-925-1774.

SOURCE: How do you release the saw blade from the closed

Hello, W/D here.

At the back of the saw, where it hinges, is a pin that locks the pivot joint. Push down on the saw handle while pulling the pin, then allow the saw to rise to the ready position. Reverse the order to store the saw.
Best regards, --W/D--

Macallister chop saw blade problem, the motor runs but when half way through cutting wood the blade stops ?

I'm not sure if you have a chop saw or circular saw. Either way, it sounds like the nut and washer are not tight enough to hold the blade. If you have a circular saw clockwise will tighten the nut and washer onto the blade and hold it in place. Most chop saws are a left hand thread and then you would turn the nut counter clockwise to hold the blade tighter. The blade wobbles because it is not tight.

My blade appears to cut or move straight. But when I cut a piece of wood on it it wobbles. You can't wobble the blade with your hand. It appears to be in there tight. What could be the problem?

You likely need to replace the blade i have hitachi 10 inch chop saw with the lazer i love it the best one i have ever had vary well build But any saw is olny as good as its blade if ti were a lesser mechine i would say it could be the baerings but i see how hitachi makes tools so i would say its the blade got over heated at one time now when it gets hot it looses its integreity buy good blades as a rule

I have an old Sears Craftsman 7" Electric Handsaw model #315.27782. The blade I use for fine sawing has begun to wobble. I've taken it off, put it back on and tightened it several times. Same wobble. ...

It could be that the bearings that support the shaft that holds the blade are worn, allowing the shaft to move slightly and make the blade wobble. As the machine is an older model, I would try replacing the bearings.

HI, I have a Black & Decker 12 amp ''Spitfire'' corded 7 1/4 circular saw. The problem is that the blade wobbles left to right. I can even wobble the blade with my own hands when its not operating,...

There's a cap that slips onto the spindle before you put the anchoring nut on. Make sure it's there but the thing that makes blades wobble alot of times is the other one that's on the backside of the blade. They fall out, unnoticed, and since some folks don't know about the one on the inside of the blade they never realize it's not there. Just a thought.

Wobble blade /rough cuts

You may wanna check the Conveyor Cart Wheel. Replacing this wheel maintains smooth rolling action which contributes to straight, chip-free cuts.

It costs for only about $28.72. Here, you may check this link if you wish to buy the Conveyor Cart Wheels:

http://www.diamond-blades.net/target_tile_saw_access.html

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any service center where you can bring your Target Tile saw for repair. But you may check the manufacturer's contact number on the user's manual.

Have a great day!
