Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
HOME edition 2002. HP All-In -One (C7280) possible glitch with HOME edition of MS?
Do you know of a MS 2002 Home Edition (service Pac 3) glitch with HP All-In-One? My neighbor said he thinks he read that somewhere. My neighbor tested the printer /scanner on two other computers and it worked. (HP & E-machine).The printer has worked. The main problem had been the OCR scan
Dell says it is not their computer. HP said it maybe a Microsoft issue and needs to be reformatted? But it is not HP fault. I can’t recall but I think I had it reformatted over a year ago. So I thought could it be the Home Edition issue? I have completed a level 3 uninstall per HP tech’s instructions.
Dell Optiplex 170L (3 years old)
I worlked for Microsoft and they always say it is not their fault. Try getting a driver from the HP website for the all in one.
I did support for Windows XP and there is not glitch.
