Need more info, like are you trying to use thw Windows Wireless Connection Wizard or The Linksys one. By default if you installed the software from linksys and not just a driver the the Linksys Wireless Access Wizard should be enables and you will have to use it. I personnally would disable the Linksys Wizard and use the Windows version. You usually can do this by right clicking on the icon for the Linksys wizard and selecting Use Windows... After doing that you should be able to right click on the wireless connection icon, select VIew Available Wireless Networks, select the desired network, then click on connect. The Link below may also help.

Choppy playback, keeps stopping to load

Your Internet connection is too slow.
So, your media-player is getting "starved", and thus must "wait" for more content to be downloaded.
Upgrade the speed of your Internet connection, or connect to higher-speed web-servers, such as YouTube.

I can't connect to the internet but I am connected

If you're look for a reliable free Antivirus program that won't interfere with your wireless connection, I'd recommend Avira free from here.
You could restore your system to a point before you downloaded the software by using System Restore. That's probably the easiest way to fix it.
Otherwise, let us know what OS you're using, on what computer, and what kind of router you have and we'll be happy to help you sort it out...or see networking help here.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

I may have deleted something I shouldn't have and have not wireless connection the main router works fine. I was cleaning up my wifes computer deleting things from the control panel so I suppose that...

Don't empty the recycle bin or do a disk cleanup yet. Usually a restart will put stuff back. If not, and you have the disks, an uninstall and restart will replace most anything.

Then at the bottom of the window click network connections. The next window you see will have icons that represent all different accessible internet connections. All of the icons will have the image of two computer screens. The icon that has the 2 computer screens that are blue means that your internet connection . You must right click on it and select repair. This should repair you internet connection. If not I am sorry if this doesn't work.
