Go to the furnace, there should be a service switch on the outside of the unit.  make sure the door is on good, does the blower motor come on?

My Carrier Weathermaker 8000 a few days ago the air began to blow non stop and the burners are not igniting. I am getting Code 33. I did all the resets, unplug control board, switch to air condition...

You need to look at the wiring diagram pasted on the door panel to get a starting point where to look. I suspect a bad pressure switch, jump it out and see if it starts.
