Reset CMOS, then remove all PCI/VGA vid cards and just use onboard card, remove all RAM except 1 stick....if it doesn't come up, keep resetting CMOS....also try swapping RAM sticks back and forth, of course, resetting CMOS each time....if it works, then start computer in safe mode, and try to save all essential files, then shut down computer and reformat HDD.

first u run your system with safe mode & go to control panel & uninstllel antivirus then reset the system & run pc on normal mode.
Have you tried using another monitor or video card? Sometimes nmore than one problem starts at close to the same time.
