Picture has gone in Panasonic viera after dog sat on remote and pressed all buttons !how can I fix it ? Please tried turning it off plug out etc ?..

Panasonic plasma tc-p65vt50-2 immediately goes to standby power. Red light blinks 3x then pauses and then 3 blinks and so on. Problem ?

HOW DO I GET THE WEB BROWSER ON MY PANASONIC 60" SMART VEIERA?
