I would imagine that what you might be talking about was the actual pipe that the dryer vent hooks to? If so, all you would need is a 4" metal 90 degree angle that attaches to the pipe itself. If you remove the front panel (between the dryer and washer), there are two screws that hold it in place, then you can see where the pipe should exit the dryer unit. You should have some sort of pipe coming down out of the top. Attach your vent right to that pipe, or attach your vent line to it if there is enough room. If you have no pipe coming out, you will need the main pipe line on the inside that runs off the blower housing. Will need a model number to get you part and installation info.

Unclear as to the exact part your looking for, the dryer, should have a 4" hole out the back of the unit in which you install a standard 4"venting which is available a any large hardware/ home improvement store

My front loader door wont lock

Believe it or not, you may be able to fix that yourself with some spray lubricant applied to the shaft of the electric lock mechanism, but you will have to remove the lock to lube where it's stuck. Then you will need to work the locking jaw back and forth till it breaks free then reinstall.

Mle2000ayw Stackable washer/dryer not washing, spinning

If the door lock light is on then is might be the "door lock enable spin switch" the plunger at the opposite end from the wax motor is not fully depressing the switch. In the stackable it is just behing the door lock. Remove the two middle covers (2 white phillips screws and one hex head screw on the middle of lower cover by the wires)to test place a few layers of masking tape on the end of the plunger and cycle the machine. Might also be a weak Wax motor (dark brown in color) to be safe replace both for about $12 each. Fix in 10 - 15 min.

Balancing problem Frigidaire stackable front load washer/dryer

Check the Vibration damper rods to be sure that...
1. They are there and mount is solid.
2. If they are broken in 1/2.
3. The plastic knuckle mounts are not missing/broken.
4. There is oil in the shock absorber/spring section of the rods.

Also - there are suspension springs on the bottom of the tub that could be broken and/or missing.

Replace/repair as necessary.
