the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

The keys on the keboard seem to be intermixed.

You probably do not have the right keyboard map change to the right region USA is what it should be.

When my keboard was connected to the system unit there was light on the keyboard but all the key are nt responding

Turn you computer off. Check to see if the keyboard is plugged in all the way. Now turn the system on.
Do the lights on the keyboard flash when the system turns on?
Can you push the caps lock key and get the caps lock light to turn on?
Can you push the numlock key and get the numlock light to turn on?

No? Well I would then try another keyboard. It's quite possible yours is broken.

Keyboard not detecting

Keyboards can fail; borrow one from a friend, plug it in with the power off on your system, then start the system. Even if your original had features the other does not, the basic functions should work. If the borrowed keyboard does work, new keyboards are not expensive.
If the borrowed one doesn't work, you may have a motherboard problem; the standard IC (8042) that handles the keyboard is most likely integrated into another IC that is permanently a part of the motherboard. This would necessitate the replacement of the mother board which is not an impossible task if done with some caution and understanding.

My key board is working abnormally

One of your ctrl key is stuck. try to pull it up. Take a vaccum cleaner put it on medium blower keep your keyboard upside down and blow keboard from sides so that whatever is blown falls down on ground.

FUNCTION KEYS & OTHER RIGHT HAND SIDE KEYS

That means that you turned on the numlock on the laptop keyboard, On an acer if im not mistaken you have to press one of the function keys to deactivate it. Look for the icon with NUM on it and press it. if that does not work you may have to press FN then that icon.

Lancard

Hi,
I am not clear whether your card is lost or lancard is not getting detected by computer

>>If it is lost then you can connect your computer by USB Cable by installing the drivers for the USB if the USB is not getting detected.

>>If your computer is not able to detect the Lan Card.

1)Check the computer in safe mode with networking by pressing the F8 or any Function key whether the card is showing in Device manager or not

>> Steps for Device manager:
Click start> Click run> Type devmgmt.msc> check under network adapters or in other devices

2) Check whether the Card is properly plugged in the Mother Board of the computer

3) If it is then check the Lan Card by plugging it into another slot
