Question about Kenwood Excelon KDC-X789 CD Player
When i try to enter my code, the deck shuts off. then when i turn it back on it diplays the screen where you enter the code again. don't know if it's the deck or if i'm doing something wrong.
Take your Kenwood cd player to an authorized Kenwood dealer and pay about 20 or 30 dollars and they'll get it off. They wont tell you there secrets though.

Make sure you're entering the code correctly; use the control knob's 4-way controls to select the numbers, and when you're done press and hold the control knob for at least 3 seconds.
