when card is inserted, go to "my computer" and you should see the card on the I: drive. Otherwise, you may have to download the latest drivers for the card drive. You should be able to update the driver from device manager.
try to insert the sd card slowly and watch the blue light if starts to blink that means it is reading your memory card then that must be the depth u can insert your memory card for the reader to work. hope this is helpful
There will be a slot, the size of the SD memory card on the front edge or side of the laptop. The slot will be the same size as the slots in an USB memory card reader.
