Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
The keypad just stopped working after the screen briefly blanked out. The phone is new but I misplaced my warranty papers. I need to know how to have this new phone fixed as urgently, it has my very important information.
I would try everything I could to see if they would warranty it anyway. Otherwise this seems like a software problem go to motorola's support page and get their software upgrader as well as a data cable driver for your phone. Then all you need is a mini usb cable. Motorola says you need a certified one but I have never used theirs and they charge ENTIRELY too much for them.
