Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
Fuse sounds right. Had a Toshiba 32" that did the same thing. Had to have a repair man come out. $150 charge all told. Worth it, because a new TV would be a lot more. Unless you are some kind of electronics wizard, you don't want to take that thing apart. They are very delicate-looking inside (and really cheap-looking, actually!).
