The most common cause of reduced flames is a pressure problem. Could be the gas regulator for the grill. When the burners are on try giving the gas regulator a tap with something hard and see if they change size. If they do then the rqulator could be sticking. And there is a very small hole on the regulator called a vent. If this hole gets plugged with dirt or grease you can get a low pressure problem. Look very carefully on the regulator housing for this small hole and verify that it is clear. Try using a small metal wire(like a tie strap for sandwich bags) to make sure it is clear. Also verify that the tank(if propane) is not overfilled. An overfilled propane tank will cause a pressure problem. You can turn the relief screw on the propane tank until no more liquid comes out to see if this fixes your problem.

Our Ducane older model grill Model #2002SHNE fell over in the wind. All insides fell out. Do not know how to reassemble. Looking for user's manual or someone who could help.

I have searched all my reliable sources, but can not find the Owners Manual for that model Ducane. Gas Grill. The problem is it's just to old. However, Weber bought Ducane in 2000. Possibly, they may still have copies of the Owner's Manual. Call Customer Service 1-800-382-2637.

Gets soaked after even light rain. The cart doors, which have no drain holes, but have side trays, fill with water, and the grill cart inside gets wet. The igniter on the rotisserie burner would not...

Grills, whether they are stainless steel or not, are not designed to keep out the weather, bird droppings, pollen, etc. Using the cover will help maintain the look and integrity of the grill, as well as the warranty. Warranties don't cover damage due to neglect. Impressing the neighbors with a nice looking stainless steel grill is one thing. Impressing them with the way if cooks is even better. Especially, if it works as it should each time.

Happy Grilling!!

I cannot find a supplier who can provide an LP to nat gas conversion kit for my 4 burner grill made under the name: Ducane, model # 30400040. Can you assist? Marlin

Perhaps, the reason you can't find the fuel conversion parts is that they are not convertible from one fuel type to another. Ducane/Weber makes both an LP model and a Natural Gas model of your grill, but no conversion kits. Because, as the Owners Manual states "Liquid propane gas is not natural gas. The conversion or attempted use of natural gas in a liquid propane unit or liquid propane
gas in a natural gas unit is dangerous and will void your warranty."

Certainly, you could attempt it, Marlin . But it's not the wise thing to do.

I know this wasn't the answer you may have wanted, but I hope it helps you.

Inside rusted out.

If you mean the burners are rusted out, then yes. You can get replacement burners either through the manufacturer or a big box houseware store that carries Ducane Grills.

Ducane high efficiency propane furnace, pressure switch problem

A short cycle heat cycle indicat a pressure switch replacement was needed. This did not fix the problem. the problem was in PCV line since the end was filled with slugs and cause the line to backup with water. When this happen the system would stop asking for gas. the water would leak out and it would restart. The problem was fixed by cleaning value at end of PCV. This released the water, two quart of water, that was back up causing problem. Curious if a filter change indicator was providing a clue that was missed?

Yes, it was designed for use that way, assuming there are no leaks, check with soapy water.

Grill will not light

If it's got gas going to it, check the spark electrodes make sure they, or the wires going to then are not touching aky metal. I doubt the storm had anything to do with your problem.
