Problem for Gateway 310X PC Desktop
Harddrive indicator light doesn't come on my gateway 310x
I opened to see inside and when I press the On the Hardrive starts yet stops quickly. I noticed a red light flashes on on the motherboard on the lower left corner.
I had it going when I had only the power chord connected...ran great. When I connected everything else to it I got the above problem.
Can you help?

- No, I can only keep the hard drive running with only the power chord. Once I plug the monitor, keyboard and mouse in it runs for a second then nothing.

try another set of key board and monitor if this does not work u might have a bad processor I look forward to helping u Shaun
