I have been using the micro SD card to transfer files to my pc and have repeatedly inserted and removed it from my LG VX8300 without problems.
Today after removing it and them reinserting it, it will not come out again. Usually pushing the card in abit releases it, but now it will not release. (The card still works and I can access the card on the phone.)

There is an option to export the contacts to the sd card.

tap export then yes.
It will transfer them to a .vcf file and at that point you can transfer it to your pc via bluetooth or usb. You could also take the sd card out and use a card reader to get the file off. You will need a micro sd card adapter or a card reader that will accept that standard of card.
If you do not have a micro sd card ( look under the battery cover or on the sides for a small slot with a black card in it.) you will have to do the bluetooth or usb transfer.
You don't need the SD adapter in your mobile phone. You may use it by inserting the micro SD card into the SD adapter, then insert the SD card adapter in a "SD card reader" and use it in a USB slot in your computer to access files from your "micro SD card".
Please remove the SD card and use an adapter to try the micro card on your PC. If the card is reading the files transfer all your important files to a marked folder.
Now there can be problems in the phone's card detection slot and so place card once again into the slot and try.
However is the card does not read then it is possible that the card has failed.
Micro SD cards for cell phones
are now costing less and are holding more memory. 4GB SD cards can hold
an estimated 1000 songs, over 13,000 images, or 22 hours of video
individually. 2GB memory cards hold roughly half those estimates and
8GB SD cards would hold double. So if your cell phone
has a SD card slot learn how to utilize this expandable memory option
on your device. Follow these steps and you will soon be enjoying your
music, pictures, and video on your phone!
Insert your SD memory card adaptor (with micro SD card inserted)
into your SD Card drive on your computer. This should open a "Secure
Digital Storage Device" or similar window. If not, go to "My Computer"
to locate your SD card and open it.
transfer picture files to your SD memory card, open the folder or file
that your pictures are stored on. Simply click and drag a file or
multiple files and drop them into your SD Card window or folder. You
can also copy a picture and then paste it to the SD Card.
transfer music files to your SD memory card, open your "My Music"
folder. Select the folder where you are going to get the music from
(Itunes, Yahoo Music...). Click, drag, and drop the files into the SD
Card window or copy and paste them in.
transfer video files to your SD memory card, open your "My Videos"
folder. Select the folder where you are going to get the video from.
Click, drag, and drop the files into the SD Card window or copy and
paste them in.
out the SD memory card adaptor from its drive. Remove the Micro SD card
(small chip for your phone) and insert it into the SD Card drive on
your Blackberry, IPhone, or other compatible cell phone.
Go to your media, picture, or music folder in your cell phones
menu. Select which item you are looking for and your files will appear!
according to motorola, this phone has bluetooth and micro SD card slot. if you have computer with bluetooth, then you can pair the computer and phone and simply send music files wirelessly via bluetooth. if you dont have bluetooth, then you can buy a cheap usb bluetooth adapter from ebay and have a bluetooth enabled computer, then follow above step.
if you have SD card slot on your computer then you can get a SD card to micro SD card slot adapter from ebay or elsewhere, where you can simply put music on then card from pc and then transfer the card to the phone.
here is the phone manual.for safety read the whole manual. p.55 for music and p.79 for bluetooth instructions.
-this phone seems to have a micro sd card slot - you can insert a micro-sd card and transfer the photos to the card, then read the card on the laptop with a reader that supports micro sd. so, you should check into the laptop and see if it has any card readers built in since you may need an additional adapter or device in order to connect the micro sd card to the laptop. some micro sd cards will come with adapters to the larger sizes of mini and standars sd card, which may help. you might also have luck putting the card from the phone into some other connectible device (ie a camera) and move the files in that manner - but depending on your hardware and software this may not be a viable option (inexpensive to try, though, if you already own some compatible device)
Check for Is there any slot for Card Like Micro SD card. In this slot you can insert your micro SD memory card ... Well before doing this you have to buy memory card if it is not given by your mobile..
kk to add music make sure you syn the phone and the cp do the data and all then put .mp3 on all the media files and see if it works. Then if that doesnt go to computor format the card and then put it in the phone. Otherwise you need new stuff.
