Question about Samsung DCS 12 Corded Phone
I have a Samsung DCS. We are now down to 3 lines and 3 people, I would like all stations to ring on incoming calls but if not answered to transfer to ext.202's voice mail. Please help me get in, make changes and save. Greg @ twtech.net
I would need to know what group your lines are ringing in to.(Look at the phone display on any ringing phone and it will tell you the "ringing group" probably 500, 501 etc.) With that known we can add all three stations to that group and mark the "NEXT" option to go to station 202. Just have 202 forwarded to voice mail on a NO ANSWER condition and it will work for you

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
