Problem with HP Photosmart C6180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a HP Photosmart c6180 all-in-one printer. I am running Windows XP Pro SP2. When checking the ink level I get an error which reads"The Computer is unable to establish two-way commun ication with the device". When checking with HP I recieved an answer which indicated that I needed to configure my firewall to take care of the problem. I turned my firewall off and tried again. No Luck. I have checked the connection between the computer and the printer and it is secure. This problem came on all of a sudden with no warning. I have been using this printer for over a year without any problems. Any suggestions?
