Just go to bios setup, click "delete" or "F2" when the system started to boot up, go to boot set up and select "cd rom drive" first boot, save on exit. It restart w/ the cd rom drive first.
Hope that helps you out.
Please connect jPw1 to 4 Pin 12v, this supplies power to CPU. Than enter Bios & find Boot settings. Set the cdrom as boot 1 & hd as boot 2. Check the jumper on the cdrom, as it is the only device on secondary IDE controller it should be set as a master.
It is better to install a fresh copy of windows with a new motherboard. Put your windows CD in the cdrom & the system will boot to it. And your on your way. You can install the drivers for the board after windows has been installed.
