Changed the fuel pump and the air idle control valve, when I went to start it after this gas was pouring out of the tank, fixed that problem, but now when I start it, it runs very rough almost like a clanking noise heard mainly under the van. Also the check engine light is flashing. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

fuel pump sock or try the egr valve to see if it is stuck open all the time. can't remember if that one has the digital one and a vachumm type as well, next would be the evaperative canister purge valve.

look under the hood on the right side where your brake fluid is..There is a black box to the farest right of the brake fluid. take off the lid to this box were you will find fuses..Reach in and feel the fuses to see if any are loose. The largest fuses in the front, push down on those and then try to start it up..Take them out look at them make sure there ok if this dont work..they the one bad might need to be replaced..
