There is no code for your TV, they have the codes for 90% to 95% of all TV's, but yours is one of the 5% to 10% they do not have.

You can try this method to see if you can find one that works with your TV.

Identifying remote TV Remote Control Codes (Blink Back)
If there is not a 3 digit code listed for your customers TV receiver then use the four digit method to find a code that works. The following steps will allow this code to be identified.
1. Press the TV button on the Sky remote
2. Hold down Select and the Red buttons together for approximately two seconds, until the Red LED on the Sky remote blinks twice.
3. Key in 990 on the remote.
4. Key in 1 on the numeric keypad and count the number of times the Red LED blinks. The number of blinks will indicate the first digit of the code
Note that a 0 is represented by no blinks where you press the key. (My code is 081 so first time I tried it on my old Digibox remote I thought it wasn't working! And coming from a software background, I had a weird expectation that 10 blinks would be used for a 0!!!) Niall Gillespie
5. Input 2 on the numeric keypad and count the blinks to identify the second digit of the code.
6. Input 3 on the numeric keypad and count the blinks to identify the third digit of the code.
7. Write it down and keep it safely.

Universal Sky remotes don't support Atec tvs.

I also found that since this is a non US brand, the following link does not sell your remote but has a model number if you want to order one from the manufacturer

http://www.remotes.com/remotes/servlet/rs?a=gmi&smodel=AV420WD&uuid=12267901466680&brand_pn=ATEC_AV420WD

Let me know if I can help you out in any other way

To find the correct code, you may have to get a universal remote which comes with a whole set of codes for your tv to get the remote set right.

Sorry to say, but there are NO codes for the Atec TV on a Sky+ remote at the moment. You could try the manual code search:

1. Press TV on your Sky remote control.

2. Hold down select and the green button together for about two seconds, until the red light on the Sky remote control blinks twice.

3. Key in the number of the channel on your TV that you use for watching satellite TV (For scart switching, this may be one of the other buttons on your remote e.g. help, i or a colour button).

4. Press select on your Sky remote control. The red light blinks twice. The remote control setup process is complete.

The three digit code for ATEC had never been released.

You need to perform a scan with the remote, that is the way it works when codes are not distributed.

Sky+ Remote Control code for Atec:

    Try these "possible" codes : 0421, 1608, 1004, 1903, 0216, 0520

Looks like that the Sky+ Remote Control manufacturer can't keep up with the millions of TV makes and model manufactured everyday.

NEED SKY CODE FOR AKURA APL3221W-HDID

Firstly you may need to identify which version of remote control you have, versions that are dated pre 2002 may not operate the more modern TV's and a new remote control will be needed see:New Remote Control Prices . To see which version you have, open the battery cover on the back of the Sky remote and look at the text on the sticker it will state 'Sky rev' (or Sky+ rev or Sky HD rev), followed by a number, such as 4, 6 or 8. This number indicates the version of your Remote Control.
Version 1: August 1998
Version 2: December 1999
Version 4: May 2001 (Sky+ introduced)
Version 6: March 2004
Version 8: January 2006 (includes all current Sky+HD remote controls)

Programming the remote control
To control your TV firstly switch on the TV set, point the Sky remote at the TV, press the "TV" button on the Sky remote, then press and hold the "Select" and "Red" buttons together until the red light at the top of the Sky remote control flashes twice. Enter the code for the TV listings below (Use the 4 digit codes from the left hand column), the red light will flash twice if a valid code has been entered. Press the standby button on the Sky remote control, this should switch the TV set off, if so then press the "Select" button to store the settings. You should now be able to switch the TV back on and use the volume control button from your Sky remote.
If the TV did not switch off then it may require a different code, you can either start again using one of the alternative Direct codes below or continue with this process by continuously pressing "TV" then "Standy" then "TV" then "Standby" etc until the TV set switches off. This will provide a manual scan for variations within that product code.

If you are still unable to control your TV from the remote control see: Programming The Sky Remote or go to Sky's official website where you can see if a particular remote control version number will operate your make of TV, this can be found at: Sky please remember to use your back button.

We have loads of codes for sky remote control. Do you know which code will enable us to switch the tv off and do the sound control. At present we have to use two controls. TV remote to switch on and...

OK,

This really depends on which brand/model of TV you have and which Sky remote version. The code you need is specific to the brand/model of TV.

The Sky remote version is printed on a sticker inside the battery compartment. The older Sky remotes will have "RC1600/00" on the sticker. Newer versions will also have either "Rev 4", "Rev 6", or "Rev 8" on the sticker.

If you have a new TV and an older Sky remote (i.e. before Rev 8) your remote may not work with your TV and you will need to buy a new Sky remote if you want to operate TV and Sky box with one remote.

Please post back with your Sky remote version number and your TV brand and EXACT model number. I will then be able to provide codes for your remote and programming instructions.

Thanks.

Unabel to use sky control for sound

You have to programme the correct code for your TV into the Sky remote.

You can get these via "Sky Active" (if your box is connected to a phone line) or from the Sky website, or google search: "Sky remote codes".

However your sky remote wont necessarily control more recent televisions unless you have a REV8 remote control. You can check this by taking the battery cover off your remote and looking at the sticker inside. If it says RC1600/00 you're probably not going to be able to control your TV. REV4 and REV6 are more likely to work - but not guaranteed. If it says REV8, then you are probably not using the correct code or you're not programming the remote correctly.

If you have REV8, the correct code for your TV (according to Sky) is: 0678 or 1678 or 0254

Sky remote code finder page is here: http://sky.uebv.com/

Sky guide to finding your remote code and programming remotes is here:

http://www.sky.com/helpcentre/tv/sky-remote-control/program-your-sky-remote-control-to-work-with-your-tv/

Please rate my solution if you find this helpful. Thanks.

Atec 37" tv remote code

You didn't tell us the brand and model of the remote and it is very possible that none exists anyhow. 'Universal' remotes don't really exist since the electronic manufacturers refuse to standardize any kind of a coding set so later TVs will often have no match in the cable, satellite or aftermarket remotes.
If you need an original remote, there are several sites where these can be found; one of the leaders is Remotes.com

32PFL5232D/37

The code is 0081 and this is how you do it.

'4 digit' or 'Brand Set' method
1. Turn on your TV.

2. Press TV on your Sky remote control.

3. Hold down select and the red button together for about two seconds, until the red light on the Sky remote control blinks twice.

4. Press TV on your Sky remote control again.

5. Key in the Brand Set code for your brand of TV. The light on the Sky remote control blinks twice.
If the light blinks once only, re check the code for your TV and start again at step 1.

6. Press the on/off button (power-top right button on your Sky remote control).

If your TV switched off, press select . The light on the Sky remote control blinks twice.

If your TV did not switch off, press TV , then press the on/off button. Repeat this (press TV , then on/off) until your TV turns off, then press select.

If the light on your Sky remote control blinks three times, your Sky digibox has checked all the possible settings for the code you used. Check that you have the right 4 digit code and start again at step 1.

7. Press TV guide .
If you see the TV Guide screen, the remote control setup process is complete.

If you did not see the TV Guide, you must now set the TV Guide function as follows:

8. Press TV on your Sky remote control.

9. Hold down select and the green button together for about two seconds, until the red light on the Sky remote control blinks twice. The remote control setup process is complete.
