Question about GE WBSE2090A Top Load Washer
Model: WHDSR209D1WW, top loading. In all washing type (casual, dark, permanent press), the final agigation and spin do not happen. I have removed the front cover and verified that agitation and spin take place in earlier phases. The tub gets filled in and drained as usual. Another symptom is that the timer does not stop at the end of a cycle - it should get pulled in and stop rotating to the next type of wash cycle, but the knob stays 'out' and keeps on rotating. So the washer is washing alright, leaves clothes very soggy. My very minimal knowledge is suggesting it is a bad timer, but it seems this part gets blamed too often. Please help. Thanks a lot.
Check your knob and sleve on the timer to see if they are the right ones or if they line up. if they doit might be the pin in side the timer.or it might be faulty. another suggestiion is check everything out twice. good luck
