Question about Foxconn Motherboards
The problem is software, there is nothing wrong with the processor as the machine boots showing that the processor works, have a look at your memory and clean it.
This problem occurs because there is a limited amount of kernel space available for kernel drivers so there is not enough stack space for processing the exception. its an operating system problem, try and boot into safe mode and perform a system restore by pressing F8 on boot up
