Question about HP Photosmart C6180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Low Ink Cartriges have been replaced. I ran a self diagnostic test, and the printer recognizes that the ink levels are 100%. However, when trying to print in color, a pop up appears telling me that the Ink Cartriges are Empty and to replace the yellow ink. It makes me print in black and white and warns that if I do not replace the ink soon all printing will stop. I called HP and they explained that my warranty had expired and I would need to pay $35.00 for support. I am hoping not to pay this since I just paid for the new ink.
Uninstall the software and reload it it will mostly fix your problem.
