The unit cycles through all levels and then displays Ignition failure, code B2. I replaced the flame sensor, the ignitor, and there is natural gas at the gas valve.

Sequence of operation for most Gas fired furnaces...
Demand for heat from t-stat
Control board demands combustion chamber purge
(IDM /induced draft motor if it has one)
Control board tests all safeties (this is usually via
the IDM wiring.)
Control board sends 24v to PV at the gas valve igniting
the pilot OR control board sends voltage to the
ignitor as in yours.
Control board sends 24v to MV at the gas valve.
Control board allows time for heat exchanger to warm
then calls for blower operation.

Your sequence of operation? Won't be the flame sensor unless ignion has been achieved. If the ignitor is working/glowing red? Is the IDM working? Make & model#?

I have have a YORK central air/ heat unit that is not firing up. Thermostats seem to be working but they aren't turning the heat system on. Background info: I had a lightning strike this summer that took...

If the stack blower (fan) does not start when you select heat, the fan control may be defective. If the igniter does not heat up long enough to cause the thermocouple to open the gas valve and fire the burner, the igniter is defective. If the igniter heats long enough but the burner doesn't fire up, the thermocouple is defective.

Have a Fridgidaire GR6C-080C-16 furnace that runs for a few minutes then gas supply is cut-off. Furnace will then re-start and the run through it's pre-cycle, just as if the thermostat just called for...

It sounds to me like you have problems with the gas valve as you have eliminated pretty much everything else. I would check all wiring to valve, check for any breaks on the insulation and clean all connections.
When the burner goes out is the blower still running or does it quit then the burner go off? If that is the case I would think the thermal overload on motor was tripping. It makes me more inclined to suspect the gas valve due to the lack of any diagnostic code.
One other thing I would try is to check power to gas valve when burner is firing and see what it does when it cuts out.If it maintains power when gas shuts off then I would replace gas valve. Good luck and thank you.

AC IS TURNING ON BY IT SELF AFTER I SWITICH IT OFF, HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

Sounds like a problem with the furances circuit board. With the furance powered off, disconnect the two wires at the circuit boards thermostat terminal strip. These are probably red and white wires connected to the "Y" and "C" thermostat terminal strip on the circuit board. These two wires send 24 volts to the outside A.C. condenser unit when the thermstat is se tinto the cooling mode. With the thermostst in the "off: postion measure across the "Y" & "C" terminals at the furances thermostat terminal strip. If you have voltaged than either the board or thermostst has failed. The next step to determine which has failed is this. Disconnect all the thermostat wires at the furance. To check the heating circuit jumper across the "R" & "W" terminals, the furance should fire off for the heating circuit and run non stop beacause the thermostat is no longer controlling it and is isolated from the furance. Now remove the jumper and jumper across the "R" &"Y" terminals, the blower should run at your furance for the cooling mode and you should have 24 volts across the "Y" & "C" terminals for the outside A.C. condenser compresor contactor.Next check for blower operation by jumpering across the "R" & "G" terminals. If everything checks outs than the thermostst is the problem. Tou may also want to check the control wiring at the thermostts , furance & out side condenser unit. If the wiring has connnected somewhwre between these points or at the terminal connection this may also be bring on the A.C. when the thermostat is in the "off position.

Check the pleum high limit switch. Jump this control out and see if the furance runs until the call for heat is satified. Do mot leave the high limit jumperd.

My furnace is flashing 21 green and then it flashes red ...the furance will not run . I have replaced the thermostat and cleaned tha condensate drain

not sure what 21 is ,but if you are getting acode normally the code comments are on the door or the manufacture lable to tell you what they are...
i can tell you the operation and maybe that will help you out...
the unit should start off with the enducer draft motor small motor in furnace that pulls all the stale air out..then the negative pressure switch activates which should have a hose coming from the enducer draft moto to the pressure switch..once the pressure switch closes it sends power to the ignitor and the ignitor should glow once it gets hot a milivolt current is sent back to the gas valve and it opens up and fires...after it fires you should have a flame sensor small metal rod in the direct path of flame that keep sensing the flame and sends signal back to board.... unplug unit and watch it start where is it failing or in what part of the operation does it flash a code....

Furnance will not heat

Check your voltage going into the gas valve. It should be 24-27 volts. If it is to low the gas valve will chatter. If the voltage is strong enough you have a bad gas valve.

Ignitor fires early or gas valve turns on too late - no ignition

Put your hand on the gas valve and see if the click of the valve is opening just before the ignitor goes off if it does your valve is going bad

My furance dose not fire up to get heating

If you were able to light the pilot light but then it went off immediately before the burner starts firing, highly likely the thermocouple in your furnace is broken. If you are not a handyman, it is not simple to replace this as well, you can cause gas leakage if you have never worked with gas. Suggest to contact a licensed gas repairman even though the thermocouple part is not expensive.
