I have LifeFrame application for the use of the webcam in ASUS Notebook, but when I try to use it in another application it says the camera is inactive/been used. When I close LifeFrame, the camera turns...

The camera should be available to be used without LifeFrame. See if there any options in Options (or Preferences) at the LifeFrame software, where you can choose if the camera should be used with it. If you can't figure it out, contact LifeFrame tech support, they should be able to help you with the setup. Or if you don't find a solution, uninstall the software and just use windows to administer the camera.

Asus lifeframe missing pictures

Hi emoly
try doing a search for a file type, in windows 7 type in the search box "type:jpeg" without the quotes. jpeg is a common type of picture, if you know that your camera saves as a different file type then use that. Hope this helps.

"Multi-Language files are corrupted! Please install LifeFrame3 again"

t's probably a clash between Lifeframe and some other software you've installed.
I'd probably just uninstall it and leave it at that since Lifeframe doesn't really serve anything productive. If you insist on using lifefram and the installation/uninstallation doesn't work, you may want to perform a system restore back to the point where lifeframe still worked.

I have lifeframe 3 on my laptop asus k53b I can take pictures and the cam works fine but it wont save or move any pictures into a folder on my pc, I used the Save as button but that only makes another...

Hi Welcome to Fix Ya. I also use an Asus with Lifeframe. Have you tried copying the photos to your Photo folder in your default picture library?

In other words, if you right click your photo in the lifeframe app and select "copy to" a drop down menu will appear that reads: "Select Folder."

2. Click on your Win Profile name. Then select "My Pictures" folder. The path will read: C:\Users\Your profile name\Pictures

3. You can then make a new folder or you can save it in the Lifeframe folder in a new separate folder.

Hope this helps. Thanks for using fix ya!

Hi my names marley & my lifeframe is built in & i have been having problems with my laptop, & it was working yesterday & now when i try to open it it says life frame 2 has stopped working...

I'm assuming this is for the webcam built in to your monitor? If this is the case, the solution seems to be to plug in the USB cable to provided. There is a USB port in the monitor for the webcam, so plug that in to your computer should be good to go.

Cannot start Asus Lifeframe

Many people are reporting this same problem. If you have downloaded and installed Lifeframe 2, and updated the Bison camera drivers, and it still freezes, you're not alone.

Some people have just uninstalled Lifeframe and use the Windows Camera and Scanner program instead. It's worth a try.

And get some antivirus software!! Use Kaspersky if you don't want to buy McAfee or Norton. It's too dangerous out there to not have anything.
